We’ve released version 1.0.3 of our Optimize vibration sensor software, bringing a range of improvements to performance, usability and monitoring accuracy. The focus of this update has been to make condition monitoring more reliable in practice and easier to act on in daily operations.

In environments where consistent data collection is critical, this means fewer gaps in data and greater confidence in the trends you are monitoring.

We have also refined the user experience to support faster and more intuitive workflows. The dashboard now provides a clearer overview of assets and overall system health, helping you prioritise where to focus. Navigation has been simplified, making it quicker to move between customers, locations and individual assets, and easier to find the data you need when you need it.

For condition monitoring, the health score has been updated to better reflect real operating conditions. Assets that are not running are no longer interpreted as changing state, reducing unnecessary noise in your data. A new standby indication shows when the sensor is active and ready, but waiting for the asset to start. This is particularly useful during installation and commissioning, where clarity on sensor behaviour is essential.

We have also improved battery measurement accuracy, giving you more reliable estimates for replacement planning. This helps reduce unnecessary maintenance while lowering the risk of unexpected downtime due to depleted sensors.
