A smoother start with Optimize Edge

Getting condition monitoring right starts with the setup. V1.0.6 introduces a new step-by-step setup experience that guides you through equipment configuration and sensor installation.

Clearer instructions and improved setup screens help ensure sensors are positioned and configured correctly from the beginning. This makes commissioning more straightforward and helps you start collecting relevant machine data faster.

One login, multiple customer accounts

For users managing several customers or sites, account access is now simpler. A single login can be used across multiple customer accounts, making it easier to move between different monitoring environments without switching credentials.

Customer management has also been improved, giving administrators a more straightforward way to create and manage access.

A clearer view of machine health

We’ve continued to refine the Optimize Dashboard to make machine health information easier to understand and act on.

Navigation, icons and layouts have been updated, while the analytics experience has been refreshed to improve readability. The sidebar can now be collapsed when you want more space for analysing your data, and equipment measurements are presented more clearly.

We have also renamed the “Warning” status to “Monitor”. The new terminology better reflects its purpose: highlighting an asset that deserves closer attention without necessarily indicating an immediate problem.

More reliable monitoring behind the scenes

Reliable condition monitoring depends on more than what you see in the dashboard. V1.0.6 includes improvements to sensor configuration, data collection and transmission to support consistent monitoring of your equipment.

Bearing information and monitoring indicators have also been expanded, providing additional context when assessing machine condition. Improvements to equipment status and connection information give you greater confidence that what you see in the dashboard reflects what is happening across your monitoring setup.
