From Vibration to Temperature – One Sensor, Complete Insight

The Optimize Edge sensor continuously monitors machine condition by combining vibration, acoustic, magnetic, and thermal data. High-frequency accelerometers detect abnormal impacts and resonances, while dual microphones capture ultrasonic signals emitted by failing components.

Magnetic sensors provide non-invasive speed estimation on electric motors and collect data that can reveal electrical faults or abnormal motor behavior. Two high-precision digital temperature sensors deliver thermal insights: one measures the machine’s surface temperature, while the other tracks the internal temperature of the device for self-diagnostics and environmental compensation.

All data is processed locally and periodically transmitted to the cloud for advanced analysis and visualization. This multi-modal sensing approach enables early detection of mechanical wear and process anomalies. Built for trend-based diagnostics, the Optimize system captures subtle changes over time - such as rising vibration levels, increasing temperatures, or growing magnetic field disturbances.
